I visited Holister at Citadel Outlet Center with my daughter (15 years old) on July 4th. I understand that there were many poeple there, the staff was overwhelmed, but that doesn not excuse unreasonable stirct rules. We went to several shops there. In several of them the rule says there is only one person per fitting room, but all agreed that either the mother may go inside together with the daughter, or wait in front of the room directly, so that the child opens the dorr and (only) the mother can look inside and help to dec... read more
store is kinda messy (people leave clothes all over the place) but employees are nice and helpful :3!
The store did not remove the tag of my garment when exiting, irresponsible staff when answering phone inquiries
