My first time visiting this store and was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Tracy. She had a lovely smile and a warm and sweet personality. I will going back again because the attitude and atmosphere in Hollister Co., makes you want to go back and buy up all the clothes in the store!
We came as a family looking for swimwear for for our 12 year old daughter. There was one really rude woman working on the floor near the entrance. Instead of assisting us, she plowed into me and didn’t excuse herself. DUMP
They are the most nasty people in that store, we talk to them nice and courteous and they respond with attitude. I went with my receipt to make a return and they told me I can’t do anything because their policy is 3 months. I understand if you don’t have the receipt but with the receipt I don’t see why the return cannot be made. I do not recommend Hollister and I would never buy anything from them.
initially visited the store on 12/26 to pick up items I had ordered online. The registers were moving slowly, which I understood given the timing right after Christmas. I returned today for another in-store pickup and was told that I needed to wait in the regular checkout line. This directly conflicted with the email confirmation from Hollister, which clearly states that customers should go to an employee and they will simply retrieve the pickup order.Once again, the registers were moving very slowly, with three customers ah... read more
