The clothes are beautiful and of quality
I had a really bad experience at Hollister because of one of the employees. She was very rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction with her. She kept giving me dirty looks, mumbling under her breath, and having an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The customer service was disappointing, and I believe customers should be treated with more respect and professionalism.
I had a very disappointing experience at Hollister with an employee named Sarah. She came across as rude and unprofessional when interacting with me, and I felt uncomfortable because she was mumbling under her breath instead of speaking to me clearly and respectfully. I hope management can address this kind of behavior so customers can have a more welcoming experience.
