Lucas and Allen were super super friendly and very willing to help my friend and I! Smiling faces and laughter all around!! If you get them they’re super awesome and welcoming. Super helpful and kind! Will be coming again.
The place itself is really nice and they have a large selection of clothes that was all organized. However dont even get me started on the workers. Every single time ive been to the wem holister all the workers are so incredibly rude. From the moment you walk in they’re already judging you and glaring. And when i tried helping out my friend in the fitting room the worker was just telling me to move and even tried kicking me out when i was just trying to help my friend. I was greeted in a very kind manner by a lovely young woman named Cherish on Monday. She was very helpful when it came to me needing assistance with something and made it very clear that she was happy to help me. We need more people like her working since it changes the environment while shopping. I thank her and hope I will meet her again!
I had a great experience at Hollister in West Edmonton Mall, thanks to Delyan. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
