Definitely won't be making this a stop for shopping again. There was no sales associates on the floor the whole time we were in the store. When we went to the back to try clothing on, there was 3 workers visiting in the back change room area.
Honestly this is the first and last time I will come to this store. I came in for a specific item that was listed as being in store online. The staff were all crowded around the registers. No greeting and it seemed avoiding eye contact or interaction with customers. Upon finally getting to ask for assistance I was told the item I was looking for would be in an area I had already searched through. Company sucks and is stuck making clothes for teenagers in the 90’s and need a reality check because $100 for a ripped t-shirt is ridiculous!!
Lucas is a generational employee incredible service, put me and my boy Connor into some fire hoops runs give him employee of the month every month
