Decent selection of clothes, no complaints there However there is one female manager with shorter hair who seems deeply committed to her side quest of following customers around the store I’m not sure if she thinks she’s the chosen one, the head of the FBI or Regina George herself. Unfortunately, the energy is giving less Regina George and more Curious George. I came to shop, not audition for a surveillance documentary. The clothes were cute, but the unexpected personal escort service was a little much.
Wonderful staff! I came into hollister for the first time during a rush and was impressed by how patient and efficiently the staff worked to manage dressing rooms and the growing check-out line. Didn’t necessarily find the items I was hoping for due to low stock of it but was able to find other items. I think ordering online and doing pickup would be easier.
Took my daughter here for jeans that were on sale. She needed a size that was on a manican and a male employee there went above and beyond to remove the jeans from the manican so that we could purchase it. Great customer service but we did notice high prices for other items. The jeans however was on sale for $20.
We love the quality of the clothes we get at Hollister. Very trendy and comfortable
