The customer service was amazing!,I was a bit confused in some of the deals but Daniel, Serenity, and Shannon were able to help me with all my questions! I went in to return a dress in the wrong size, my return smoothly and they even ordered the right size for me there in store!
I don’t even usually like stores like this but Heidy I think her name was made me love it! She really went above and beyond for me and my family and I would definitely go back just for her!! Very pleased:))
Spent 40 minutes on the phone with the most disrespectful individual that had no clue how to do her job whatsoever. Wasted my entire time didn’t help me at all and refused to send me to a supervisor. Absolutely horrible customer service with minimal access to do anything for you.
