One of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, no one acknowledged us. There were no employees visible at all—they were all in the back behind a wall, making it seem like the store wasn’t even being attended. When I was ready to check out, there was no one at the register for quite a while, in fact, I saw no one at the register the entire time I was there. I went to the Hollister located at the Burlington mall and both me and my mom where both met with extremely rude workers both at checkout and trying to get help from a worker who just glared at us not to mention the woman who was checking us out kept staring at us and kept looking me up and down and the fact that I only got a tube top 2 pairs of sweatpants and a dress and that was like 300 dollar I strongly do not recommend I have never felt more degraded in my life.
Long lines. Employees don’t care. Don’t waste your time in this store. Refused to price match to their website although their policy states that they do. Employees were rude and would not explain why they wouldn’t take a few dollars off a dress I can buy online and pick up at their location in a few hours. Not sure how they’re still in business. Would give zero stars if I could
