I had a very disappointing experience at this Hollister location. I asked to use my Status Card, which I've successfully used there several times over the past month, but this time I was told they could no longer accept it because the company is American. The explanation didn't make sense to me, especially since it had been accepted multiple times before. Absolute garbage store. Terrible employees who are useless, terrible policies. Overall, a horrible store. Will be telling everyone my experience. Will be calling head office
Wouldn't even give it a one star! Bought a gift for my daughter. Sweatshirt was too small. She went to return it and store was closed for renovation. Went to return when store reopened months later and they would not return it or give a store credit. Lame Lame Lame
