Their customer service is non existent. Came in on an extremely dead day. Literally 1 other guy in there shopping. Stood at the register for what seemed like forever but I’d say 10ish minutes. There was one girl behind the register on the phone. Went to the back and found someone and asked him if anyone could ring me up and I told him I’ve been waiting a long time (and there is someone behind the counter but she was on the phone) . The staff is very kind and attentive. I observed them regularly cleaning out the fitting rooms which was nice to see. Especially on a very busy Saturday. I was impressed to see them working so hard. I appreciated that. I also love the clothes here.
my friend and i went here the other day probably 20 minutes before closing. we walked in and immediately the workers began giving us dirty looks. we went to the back to look at jeans and my friend went up to one of the male workers and asked “excuse me”(going to ask if they had jeans in her size) and he immediately cut her off and said “yeah yeah i’ll open the changing rooms just give me a minute” and just walked right by her. she explained that she wasn’t going to ask that(politely) and he just rolled his eyes and never eve... read more
It’s a decent store with a decent selection of items. The place was fairly organized. Most items were a little pricy as expected. There are a few good deals though.
