If I could give this location negative stars I would…. The lady with short hair and questionable tattoos was extremely rude. She was not helpful and around her presence I felt threatened. I’m completely sure but I think she’s a manager, considering her age. Un expectable … hollister do better.
This girl with short hair and tattoos all covered up was so rude to me. i’m pretty sure shes the manager, the way she communicates with her colleagues is so unprofessional & she was super unhelpful trying to look for an item for my niece? who hires these people, a robot???
Staff very friendly n courteous
I honestly had a disappointing experience at Hollister. I returned an item and was supposed to get $29 back, yet only $10 was refunded to my card. I didn’t catch the mistake until later, and now it’s too late to fix. It feels careless, and customers shouldn’t have to worry about wrong refund amounts.
