Poor management (Javier) and a member approving and disapproving returns as they please. Manager Javier needs alots more training!!!!! Only one team was helpful
Manager Javier doesn’t know what he’s doing! He’s only doing what Kiana cashier is telling him to do! They need to be trained and help the guest better I won’t shop there again really poor management and helpless people.
Lovely staff! Everyone was so helpful and considerate. The people at the registers were even nice enough to help me order something online, I will be coming back.
Very rude customer service, the employees make it seem like you are a bother when you need assistance. They were also gossiping about being drunk and driving? Not professional at all, I really like Hollister but after this experience I don't want to go back
Unprofessional management and staff. Claim dressing rooms are unavailable due to plumbing issues. They stand behind the register as a group and gossip.
