Yes disappointed from management and hollister policy. As we know every store has exchange and return, why hollister doesn’t give us. Manager should understand if we got mistake in light heather grey and only heather grey. They should exchange in next day but big noo for that. We should not buy anything from hollister because hollister don’t care about customer value
