I’ve never had a worse retail experience than at this Hollister location. The staff, including both cashiers and managers, clearly do not understand Hollister’s own company policies or procedures. Multiple times I was told “we can’t do that” or “we don’t know how to do that,” only to call Hollister’s main customer service line and have them confirm that it absolutely can be done. Very poor service today! Went in with a return (bought not that long ago) and someone there that answered the phone said she was a manager name was Yadira and when I asked what the return policy was, I told me you could bring anything back until January so I asked her when that started and she said she had no idea lol what manager doesn’t know the details of their store or non willing to make a rerun that they could see my receipt for? I went in with my boyfriend for a sweatsuit outfit I had been wanting, for our monthly date night tonight & I normally don’t have bad experiences or right reviews if they aren’t good but I truly have NEVER seen such awful customer service.
