Sent my husband to pick up an order for pick up that was already paid for. He was the authorized pick up person, but your worker Angela refused to give him the order, stating she needed me the person who placed the order there & refused to help him any longer. This is horrible customer service. What is the point of asking for who will be picking up an order if you are not going to honor it? Horrible!!!!

It's been ages since I was last in a Hollister store, and I usually shop online. I was so shocked that the fitting room was shared with guys! That's just not right. I felt totally uncomfortable.
