Horrible customer service, especially from one employee at the fitting room around 6:15 PM. She was very unprofessional and rude. Instead of explaining the protocols, she chose to be dismissive. All it would have taken was a simple, “I apologize, but the fitting room is closed due to closing time approaching.” Instead, she repeatedly shouted, “Fitting room is closed, fitting room is closed.” Please be professional, not rude and with an attitude .
Sent my husband to pick up an order for pick up that was already paid for. He was the authorized pick up person, but your worker Angela refused to give him the order, stating she needed me the person who placed the order there & refused to help him any longer. This is horrible customer service. What is the point of asking for who will be picking up an order if you are not going to honor it? Horrible!!!!
