this store is absolutely filthy! i went in last night (12/29/25) to find literally every table in SHAMBLES with merchandise thrown all around as if the displays hadn't been restored in several hours or days. do no real adults work at this store?? the lack of management really shows.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid coming in to this Hollister ! for everything they tell you that it is out of their hands and to call customer service even for the simplest return/exchange. Customer service is no help as well. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Could not price match an item. Update there was a worker 02446468 I was asking the Vietnamese worker a question but got ignored twice. He was my cashier look all nervous while finally helping me with the question. Management here is terrible couldn’t find any workers on the floor to help me since the first worker was deaf or something. All the workers are teenagers are in the back of the changing room.
Hollister store in the HIP mall, in Norridge, IL provided OUTSTANDING customer with my return from a purchase online! There was NO questions and anything, to cause me to feel uncomfortable. Vanessa, the cashier seemed to put the customer satisfaction first! She and Sabrina made certain that received fair price adjustments, due to price changes and helped me with ordering online! This is my type of service of 5 Star service!
