Very young and untrained staff. Even the managers are ill prepared. The selection of clothes is decent and better than expected. They can use a back to the basics training for staff. But as one associated admitted, "we're just here for the holidays, so they don't train us. We just get a manager."

Unlike others I’ve had a great shopping experience whenever I’ve gone to this store. All of the associates were very helpful and one even brought me a size from the back when it wasn’t on the floor. Will definitely be coming back!
