I had a terrible experience at Hollister today. The two girls working there were extremely rude and clearly had no interest in helping or providing any kind of customer service. Their attitude and the way they looked at customers made it seem like they thought they were above everyone else. I felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. If you don’t want to help customers or treat them with basic respect, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. my favorite location!! so glad they remade the fitting rooms, they are way more secure and way more comfortable to change in. overall the staff are extremely patient and helpful but the store should broaden their sizes.
