Buyer beware. Store double scanned 2 items that my girlfriend was buying. She noticed while she was still in the mall, went back for a refund and they only refunded one item. We noticed later at home and tried to get them to refund the second item remotely but they were unwilling to. We can’t just go back in to the store because we live an hour and a half away. The drive would cost me $66.50 just in gas, and the refund would be $19.79
went to hollister to find a pair of jeans for a date i was going on, and got the best help from Natalie. she was kind, patient and helped me try on 4 different pairs before finding a good pair. she was thorough and honest and so helpful. she was professional and sweet, 10/10 employee!

harmin is the sweetest! she took the time to help me find the perfect pair of jeans. she perused the denim and found a shorter length low-rise pair for me! i am also unfamiliar with sizing and she came in a clutch! thank you so much!!!!!
