Terrible customer service, they do not honor their “sales” or “clearance” prices. The girl at the register did absolutely nothing to even make up for the fact that they labeled their own pricing wrong on ticketed items. Steer clear from this location, it’s not the first time that it happens here either. You guys should learn better from the Hollister location at Coconut pointe.
You want to hear about my experience? I was the first time customer.... Not because I wanted to be there, but because my kids wanted to go there. Not only were the staff unprofessional, they were very immature and laughing at other customers, including myself. I signed up for their rewards program and upon doing so, I saw the prices online are so much cheaper than what was the in-store price.
