I went there with my friend on 2/22 and we both love hollister and spent an estimate of 45 minutes there. While we were there we found so many clothes we wanted to try on and the guy that was helping the fitting rooms was very kind and helpful. Even though we kept asking to go in every other time he had a great attitude and was always there to help. I LOVE their clothing. Very nice quality. And it is always very clean
Poor customer service bad management does nothing to help keep customers And by the way get your air conditioner fix .
Just go to the Fairfield location. Employees at this one are hands off, there are never any available fitting rooms, and no working AC on a 93° day.
You get better customer service at a DMV than this location. I recommend Fairfield.
