Went on Saturday (3/7/26) around 3–4 PM. One employee loudly and aggressively asked from several feet away if I needed a fitting room. The tone felt more like being yelled at than being helped and honestly made the whole environment uncomfortable. I’ve worked in retail before, so I completely understand stores may have policies requiring fitting rooms (even for just a coat or top). If she had simply asked politely, I would have had no problem. I love the clothing there they have cars,Sports,camo,cool designs and a ton more the staff there is great and the fitting rooms are pretty clean and the staff is wonderful!
I got help from a young lady I think her name is Valery or something similar. She was nice. You can tell she is a little shy, didn't speak up much. But she was really nice and helpful. Stores kind of stress me out with all the chaos (like hundreds of ppl for xmas) and sometimes staff have bad attitudes or are super stressed. However, she was very calm and gave out a peaceful vibe.
I had a great experience the black African-American manager. She was so sweet and nice. She took her time to help me.
The black woman manager that works at the Salem, New Hampshire location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should not be working with people. I don’t think that the job is for her.
