Monica is extremely rude and unhelpful. She was speaking down to me the entire time I asked for help.

Went on Saturday (3/7/26) around 3–4 PM. One employee loudly and aggressively asked from several feet away if I needed a fitting room. The tone felt more like being yelled at than being helped and honestly made the whole environment uncomfortable. I’ve worked in retail before, so I completely understand stores may have policies requiring fitting rooms (even for just a coat or top). If she had simply asked politely, I would have had no problem.
