I like hollister BUT everytime I come in there is this rude woman who genuinely looks like she hates her job. She’s always so agressive, and looks so upset/annoyed all the time. I would check up on her lol .
It's A Hollister so of course the clothes are amazing. BUT certain workers can/will be rude for no reason. You would think that they would treat customers better so that they will come back and buy more stuff. My teenagers went to this store.This certain worker didn't ask them to sign up (so that they can get a receipt). She only asked them if they had an account. AFTER the kids payed. She pulled out receipts and mockingly laughed and said something along the lines of, "Look guys receipts" towards her co-wokers. Extremely ru... read more
Good clothes. Manager and workers are rude. Not coming back.
Patty provides amazing customer service. I went in during the holidays and she was extremely helpful even when the store was busy. Also, the prices for the quality was definitely worth every penny.
