Had a HORRIBLE experience at Hollister. A little over a month ago I bought my daughter a bathing suit top. She wore it twice. Then some sort of chlorine damage happened. I brought the top back to the store and was told they do not accept any returns for merchandise that has been worn. WHAT? Your clothing is sub-par and defected. How do you not stand by it? I had an amazing experience at the Hollister in Northridge Mall yesterday. I don’t shop very often and usually have others help pick my clothes, so I came in feeling completely lost. Alexis was incredible, kind, intuitive, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and somehow found exactly what I needed even when I wasn’t sure how to ask. Honestly a pretty good store but they need to do something about their checkout situation. My girlfriend shops here a lot. Or at least, ends up ordering online for in-store pickup. And I don't mind coming along because the selection here is genuinely almost always fresh and unique. Not to mention their clearance section is huge and cheap. But every time we come, I swear the checkout lines are like 25 people deep, snaking out towards the front of the store.
