I went to this location 3 days in a row to make a return and they were closed every single time. It was 30 minutes past their opening time and they did not answer the phone either. Terrible waste of time.
I'll never shop at this store again. We ordered hand online and had nothing but issues trying to return them. I went into the store Feb 13th to return my order, which I had until Feb 20th to return. The manager refused my return. She refused to help. After calling customer service and letting them know how unwilling she is to help someone with a valid return. She calls my phone and says to come back up to the store because she can do the return now? I live a hour away. You think I'm coming back? I will never go to this store... read more
Good quality clothing for teenagers
Didn’t allow to return clothing for stupid reason. Staff did not pay attention or listen. Would give below 1 star if I could.
I recently visited the Hollister store, and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory, largely due to an employee named Rosa. From the moment I walked in, Rosa seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance in finding a specific size, she brushed me off, pointing vaguely towards a general direction without any real effort to help.
