I recently purchased a T-shirt online for my son, but unfortunately the size didn’t fit. I went to the store to return it. While I was there, I was happy to find the exact same T-shirt in a smaller size that fit him perfectly. I politely asked the sales associate if the store could honor the online price I had originally paid. She said she would check with the manager. I went to this location 3 days in a row to make a return and they were closed every single time. It was 30 minutes past their opening time and they did not answer the phone either. Terrible waste of time.

I'll never shop at this store again. We ordered hand online and had nothing but issues trying to return them. I went into the store Feb 13th to return my order, which I had until Feb 20th to return. The manager refused my return. She refused to help. After calling customer service and letting them know how unwilling she is to help someone with a valid return. She calls my phone and says to come back up to the store because she can do the return now? I live a hour away. You think I'm coming back? I will never go to this store... read more
