ZERO STARS! Absolute worst customer service on returns/exchanges! Do not purchase here unless you 100% know it fits and you will wear it! Tried to return/exchange many items as we shop there often, but no more. They refused to remove a sensor left on a pair of socks without a receipt! Unbelievable! Made us stand there and search through emails, phone numbers etc to prove we bought a pair of socks.
Ordered 2 hoodies and had them shipped to store to pick up. Got to the store when notified they were ready and the employees couldn’t find my order! How does that even happen?!
The associates are kind but whoever manages the stores needs to do better. Today they had a sale and had many gray hoodies on the clearance rack for 40 % off . The items were located in the sales section . When I went to pay, the associate said they were not ringing correctly . I told her many were located in the sales section. I would never come to this store again I felt like the prejudice and the tall white guy manager. He has no idea what he’s doing. The store said 40% off the entire store. He tried to charge me full price for two jackets. I told him that it is on sale he’s where argued with me down so I went home bought it online and I got additional $10 off and I came back to the store to show him what happened.
