Genuinely irritating. I went to pick up my online order for pickup and the machines were down, and they said they would hold my order because it would expire. I went the next day and they said it expired while holding my order in my hand and i would have to pay to get my order again. The same order i already paid for and made two trips for in total. Refund would take 3-5 days so i would have to pay more money i didnt have at the moment.
Manager is not helpful.
