I went in there with my mom to get some of the new summer stuff they released. Well. the entire store is genuinely just a disaster. Half of the store is just clearance items, which would be great if they were even somewhat organized. They have product from maybe 2 resets ago out on display. I was pretty disappointed. Most of there set ups were christmas stuff.. it’s April. Although, the workers were really kind, and tried their best to help me find things.

I found a really cute zip up hoodie at the front of Hollister on a table and I was so excited to get it! The sign of the table (which was displaying several of these zip up hoodies) said sweaters 40% off. I was really looking forward to getting one until I went to checkout and it rang up as full price. I told the cashier that the hoodie was supposed to be on sale according to the sign on the table. She then proceeded to tell me that I was holding a sweatshirt not a sweater so it was not on sale.
