Cashier “02401501” “The Manager” just rang up my refund wrong and put $15 on a store gift card before looking to see if the item was in stock to order online. So now I have 15 on a card I don’t want to spend there instead of MY money and “there’s nothing they can do about it” :/

Unprofessional and Poorly customer service from cashier. Please have better signs from where the so called waiting line start. Also trained cashiers to have better communication skills with customers as WE are the ones spending our money to keep business going.. since customer service was very poorly I decided to leave and left the merchandise. A place we such bad unprofessional employees do not deserve my money.
To the three ladies working on 11/12 thank you so much for being so kind to my daughter and myself! It was truly a pleasure! Thank you ladies for being so kind!!
