You don’t allow closed food in the store, (even though your in a mall with MANY food spots) so you make my kids leave a box of cookies they just picked up from Crumbl, only to Leave the store and find out they’re cookies had been taken by some lowlife? Great job Hollister, when my daughter wants to go back to your store I’m going to HIGHLY encourage her she shop elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. The staff is the worst. I had to wait for about 10 mins so someone could open the dressing rooms for me and then had to wait again 10 mins or more so someone could get to the register machine. Staff was joking around and not assisting customers at all.
They do not have sizes of jeans that fit plus size and women with considerably sized hips, thighs and buttocks. They only cater to small, skinny women. Disgraceful and not size "inclusive".
