Worst experience ever. They dont price match to their own online sale prices and if you have something shipped from the store to your house. It doesnt show, and when you reach out to their customer service for help they make download the shady ass WhatsApp and tell you ..oh just wait another day. The shipping company they use is also shady and doesnt update their tracking info for over a week at a time. This is a whole lot of b.s. for some basic as heck looking overpriced clothes. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE.
The staff is so rude. They ignore people waiting in line at the fitting rooms. Rude when someone asks for help. Poor communication during the entire store experience.
Sydney provided top notch customer service and went above & Beyond to help me. I was grateful for her assistance. She was polite & professional :)
