Managers and all employees are great
managers are awful wouldnt go back even if I was paid to
I purchased a sweater for my mother for Chritmas. When she wanted to wear it, she discovered stains on it and a hole. It was brand new. She took the sweater and the original receipt to Willowbrook today, and they won't return it and told her she has to take it to the store where she purchased it. She is 89 and has to have assistance to even get to the store. Bad business, people. My first and last purchase at Hollister.
