They would only return one piece of a two-piece swimsuit. One piece was just past there 30-day policy. Somebody needs to learn customer service.

I was in the store yesterday to purchase a few things. One of the employees, I believe her name is Maddie was very professional and an amazing, sweet young girl that was very helpful.
All of the employees are horrible. Disrespectful, racist, and flat out rude. I was told I couldn’t go into the dressing room with my 13 year old sister to help her. I was not trying anything on. But ok, sure, maybe it’s policy. Then another pair of kids were allowed in TOGETHER, and another mom and daughter after! Classic racism in the 21st century. I come to Hollister all the time and sometimes find cute clothes. One of the girls working here is disrespectful I couldn’t even finish talking to the other girl which was so polite. I always go in the dressing room with my mom to help me with clothes and her opinion.
