I was in the store yesterday to purchase a few things. One of the employees, I believe her name is Maddie was very professional and an amazing, sweet young girl that was very helpful.
All of the employees are horrible. Disrespectful, racist, and flat out rude. I was told I couldn’t go into the dressing room with my 13 year old sister to help her. I was not trying anything on. But ok, sure, maybe it’s policy. Then another pair of kids were allowed in TOGETHER, and another mom and daughter after! Classic racism in the 21st century. I come to Hollister all the time and sometimes find cute clothes. One of the girls working here is disrespectful I couldn’t even finish talking to the other girl which was so polite. I always go in the dressing room with my mom to help me with clothes and her opinion. I came into Hollister and I'm never coming back again. The 2 associates were really rude and when I asked for a larger size hoodie they gave me a dirty look and said they dont have any. When I was checking out I was waiting for 20 minutes because the employee couldn't figure out the computer, and before we left she gave me a snarky comment. Horrible experience and super unprofessional.
Tried to return pair of unworn jeans with the tags that were just a few days outside of the 30 days policy. They did not have the replacement size in store and would not simply refund me for the jeans. Terrible policy, I will not shop there again.
