They had good clothes
10 out of 10 stars. give these girls a raise. they were so funny, so helpful, and everything i could've asked for. also, the one girl, she may not be Billie eilish, but she's a singer for sure!
I was in the store today and I wanted to try on clothing I waited 15 minutes and no one unlocked the dressing room door for me not one person asked if I needed help . I just put the clothes back on the rack they are obviously not interested in making sales .
Staff member was having difficulty getting a gift card for me. She was using a mobile device which was not working. I asked if she could use an actual register when second staff member intervened and refused to allow her to do that saying it was exactly the same process. Her tone was sharp, she was rude and condescending. I made a remark about her actions to the employee helping me when she overheard and got her manager, who proceeded to get the gift card but actually defended the inappropriate actions of her employee. Usually there are nice employees, but whoever was working Tuesday night were just plain bad workers and clearly lacked people and social skills. Took forever to get a fitting room, everyone acts confused as if we didn’t speak English. This one white girl with light brown straight hair and this white boy with blonde hair, I could tell they were talking about me and my friend.
