My wife and I stopped by this Hollister store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall today. My wife wanted to exchange a pant because it was too loose. When we walked inside the store, a worker greeted us right away and asked if we needed any help. My wife said she was just exchanging so he told us where the cashier station is. The women working the cashier was very helpful with my wife and tried to find the exact pant that she wanted in a different size.
