There was a grown male pervert who opened the door to the handicap curtain changing room (no lock) while I was changing on Black Friday (roughly 7-8 PM). Someone's mom told me to report the incident and testified for me to an employee, and a manager was called in. The first question she asks me is if the pervert "accidentally or intentionally" opened the curtain to my changing room which I had purposefully stood close to the curtain to make sure people could see my shoes (so the stall was very obviously occupied by me). I shopped at the Hollister Rockaway, NJ store on 11/8/25 and found a table of sweaters marked $29.99, but they rang up at $44.95. When I showed the sign to the manager, she said it was for sweatshirts and was quite rude about it. As a former retail worker, I understand mistakes happen, but respectful communication matters. Disappointing experience for me and my 12-year-old daughter who loves this store. Also just to add when I got home and looked at the receipt it said sweatshirts.

I absolutely love this store. Almost all of my clothes are from here. It perfectly matches my aesthetic and it's my favorite store of all time. The only thing that's a big annoying is the prices everything is a bit expensive (like 60 dollar jeans). The quality is really good which makes the prices worth it.
