I placed an online order for in-store pickup and received an email saying it was ready. When I arrived, the associate couldn’t find my order. She asked for help and was told to check the yellow tags, but still told me nothing was in stock and that my order would be available May 7th. Later, I received an email saying my order had expired. I called customer service and was told that my order was actually in the store the entire time, but since it wasn’t picked up, it expired and I would be refunded.
