I went to the Willow Grove Mall today 6/13/2026 stood in line for 10 minutes while a Manager named Katie stood there looking around and not looking at anyone in line. An employee just clocked out and wanted to pay for her things so instead of that employee getting in line like the rest of us the Manager took the employee over anyone in the line. i’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this hollister location. the first time i walked in, an employee immediately made assumptions about whether i could afford the clothing, which made me feel judged and uncomfortable before i even had a chance to shop. another time, there was only one tank top left that i wanted, and i was told they couldn’t take it off a mannequin. since i rarely shop at hollister, it was frustrating to miss out on the item over something that felt avoidable. overall, these experiences left a neg... read more

i wish i was able to give this 0 stars. i spent 3 hours today going back and forth to the mall and with a chat bot. my app said my order was delivered so i went to the store and it was not there and was told to call back later, so i did and was told my order was delivered that day by an employee. called before going back was told my order was delivered made the trip back over just for them to say it was not there and they couldnt give me any information on the order. i then spent 45 mins chating with a chat bot just to find ... read more
