TERRIBLE! I went in the store to finish my last minute christmas shopping and this tall lady with black and orange hair was literally standing in the corner gossiping with another associate. When I asked for help she looked me up and down and literally acted like she didnt want to help me. I am DIGUSTED. Her name was Ashley and she claimed she was the assistant manager. I will not be going back there. I had a TERRIBLE experience.
Awful! We went today and wanted to buy a few outfits for my nephew. I asked for help 3 different times and I was completely ignored. One of the sales associates looked me dead in the eyes one of the times I asked for help and turned around and walked away. I clearly asked twice and she just glared at me and I was 3 ft away and there was no misunderstanding. The leader was Gabby and this girl was horrible. Cashier “Angel” if that’s even her name was very rude to my husband and I, he opened a box of shirts he planned to buy (and did buy) and she told him that was not allowed, he apologized and understood, “Angel” proceeded to repeat it and repeat it until I came up and told her that he understood her the first time.
