The professionalism sucks. The manager swore she couldn’t give me refund, but when I contacted customer service they told me she could’ve done it easily. Dont come here if you want to be treated like an actual person
The brunette hair lady was so rude. She has attitude for no reason. They need to get rid of her.
The worst ever! My daughter called me saying that she made a purchase, transaction went through and she has a proof in the bank transaction, right after the transaction happened, the system dies. And the store refuses to give the pants to her. They are disgustingly rude for their mistake!
