The managers here are terrible. This older girl wasn't doing nothing and I was waiting to be checked out. There's a younger girl who was currently busy but the older woman tells her to go help me out. I felt bad. The younger girl gave me a look which definitely spoke "yeah they suck". Unprofessional!! there was a girl today in the fitting room around 4pm and she had an attitude and not only that but she had huge hickeys on her neck!! which is disgusting. atleast try to hide it while your working, super unprofessional of her.
I was shopping at Hollister with my daughter, who wanted to try on several outfits. I was helping her by getting different sizes and went in and out of the fitting room a few times to assist her. The last time, I attempted to go into the fitting room to see how she felt about an item so we could make a quick decision. At that point, an employee named Adriana told me I had to leave because only one person is allowed in the fitting room. I'm giving it one star because there's no other option, obviously, and I couldn't leave no rating at all. I've actually visited other Hollister stores because it's my daughter's favorite store, but today's visit to this particular store was a complete joke, a mockery, and utterly disrespectful. What kind of manager do they have?! I wanted my daughter to try on the only size they had of a blouse that was on a mannequin, and the manager came over, yelled at me, and said they couldn't take it off the mannequin.
