I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Hollister. I went in hoping to exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size, and I was told I couldn’t—even though the item was brand new with tags still attached. The process felt unnecessarily strict and not very customer-friendly. I understand that stores have policies, but there was no effort to help find a solution or show any flexibility.
