I like their clothes and most times the employees are actually quite nice. Wasn’t the case this last time I went. Tried to exchange some jeans I had bought online for a different size without the tags, they had previously done this literally three days prior with another shirt I had exchanged. It wasn’t a problem to have no tags then. Then when I brought that up the employee said they had never done exchanges without tags, not true. I like the clothes but they are NOT playing around with the deadline to pick up your online order. My husband had to drive in the icey conditions to get our last order because they wouldn’t hold it any longer and now I am being made to come in with the flu and get the order because they won’t hold it any longer. I feel badly about exposing the poor workers to the flu.
Not sure if the workers there know what they’re doing. Went today, 1/4/26 at 4:40pm to try and return a sweater i got for Christmas that was too big, it was an online order originally so I did what I needed to on the app and got my QR code for them to scan and everything, walked in and they said they couldn’t return it because I didn’t have the tags for the sweater, even though I had the receipt/ proof of purchase on my app and all.
