Store itself is nice. I take my daughter here quite often. However, management is terrible. For a company that prioritizes customer service, I am surprised that some of these people are still employed. One young lady seemed very sarcastic and bitter towards customers and other employees. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible experience. Went to the shop the previous week and heard her talking to her employees in a terribly sarcastic and overly rude manner—definitely not the type of manager I’d want to see working at my business. Even as a customer, the way she spoke to me was terrible. I quite literally overheard an employee asking her a question because they seemed to be a newer worker and wanted to do things right. I shopped this store in search of a puffer jacket in size small which was sold out online. They only had medium and larges on the racks, though they did have one small, which was on a mannequin. I ask the manager Nat to sell me the jacket on the mannequin and she refused. She said she would get in trouble if she took the jacket off the mannequin and that she needed to damage the jacket out.
