RecommendedHad a wonderful experience school shopping with my kids yesterday. I recently fell and broke my ankle so I was having a hard time navigating the store ( at no fault of the store). However a store clerk Heather stepped in to help and was amazing!! She helped my girls find the clothes they wanted in their sizes. She made great suggestions on items that would compliment the jeans and skirts they picked out. It was a wonderful experience and more buisnesses need more HEATHERS.

The “manager” on duty was sarcastic and rude. He was very condescending and refused to give his name. With employees like this, Hollister will be losing a great deal of business. The other associate said his name was Larry, but who knows if this is really his name.
Recommended1st time back since you've opened. Not our usual experience... New cashiers charged us twice & did NOT include my club discount. My husband opened his own with a difference cashier,experienced same problem & must return again today? Like I said, Not our usual experience...We love Hollister! I am a cashier so I know the difficulty while training. Hang in there girls, you'll learn...
