I was looking for a specific gift for my granddaughter. I called this store and the sales associate said they had what I was looking for. She put it on hold until the next day when I picked it up. She was not there but the associated who were, were wonderful and my granddaughter will be very happy with her gift. I will definitely bring my granddaughter here to shop in the future.
Terrible customer service!! Those girls who work there looks like they just roll out of bed, with mediocre attitudes. Do better! Hire people who actually like retail and has good customer service skills.
Disappointed to find out this location has decided to no longer sell their curve jeans in store. I hate buying pants online so Ill just be shopping elsewhere. Hollister was one of the very few stores I've been able to find jeans that don't pucker.
