Worst service in 43 years of my life! Manager looked at how my family was dressed and said "We had no class!"! (We just got back from camping BTW!) This after we complained about the poor service and the fact that my son had to stand in line for half an hour for a single dressing room! The excuse was that the other rooms were full of over stock! That's fine, but you should never defame your customers! The whole experience just ruined my vacation in Spokane! I will not go back!
