Worst customer service. I will never shop here ever again. Super rude, not helpful, told me I couldn’t return things after I purchased and so I said I wasn’t sure if I wanted the items and they told me it was too late that I purchased them and no returns.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: went in for christmas shopping the employees were rude and extremely inconsiderate, as well as managing in this store. absolutely don’t recommend. if you don’t believe me go see for yourself. the employees are constantly cursing and being loud as if they’re not at work and are not helpful whatsoever. they also incorrectly selected the items i wanted to order in store which i noticed when the package arrived. so many inconveniences all around!!! it’s truly just not worth shopping here if you’re gonn... read more

Store has really gone downhill. It’s run-down and ran by nothing but teenagers. It’s a mess inside. I didn’t want to sign up for the rewards program and the cashier wouldn’t take no for an answer and shoved the device in my face. I wouldn’t do it. I don’t need clothes that bad.
