Incredibly disorganized.
If there were negative stars to rate, it would be a negative 10. Dalton (the supposed Manager) has the worst customer service. Tried to purchase an item that was to be shipped, the cashier rang up as in store purchase. Charged me for an item that I do not have. Called to get their mistake fixed and ran into a brick wall. No help from them or their shady customer service 800 line!! My daughter was told she couldnt try cloths on because it was 40 mins till the store closed and they had to many cloths to put back and the employees wanted to get out of the store in a decent time. And was told they had been at work all day. She wanted to try on one shirt
