Very Loud! I have never figured out why would anyone want to shop in a place with loud music playing? Hollister delivers. It is so loud that sometimes it seems your ears may pop. The other thing is, it is darker than a cave inside. You do not know 100% what you are buying until you walk out in the FRM's hallways hallway. You need a flashlight. If you are not 12-14 you are not there customer. No Bargains. Jeans are $55-65, t-shirts, cotton, with Hollister printed on them are $27. The guys who work there look a little creepy a... read more
Was at the store at the Fox River Mall returning a sweater for my daughter. I had the receipt but not the "tag" on the sweater. She would NOT give us money back or in store credit even with the receipt. Then proceeded to talk down to us. We even asked for in store credit .. I will never go to that store again ... Word of mouth goes far !!! Thats why 20 year olds shouldn't be in charge ...
