The store looked bright and open.
Horrible experience. If management is questioning the sales here maybe get a better trained team at checkout. Two cashiers active that really aren’t a great fit for that position while many other employees just being a distraction to the front area and no help. Most staff are not welcoming either. Hate to give bad reviews but this place needs a better checkout system loosing a lot of business because of the amount it takes to get checked out. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!! The girls at the counter have got to be the most unfriendliest I have come across! I guess customer service doesn’t matter here. There is a coupon on their website that says students get 10% off but the manager couldn’t be bothered to explain to me why they would not take it. This is what happens when you shop while black . The store is pretty dark but I think that's on purpose. I don't think they have enough employees. My daughter wanted to try something on and a person said they would open the dressing room for her, she waited 5 minutes and they never came back. Also, the checkout line was pretty long.
