I had a very frustrating experience at Hollister. I was shopping for a gift for my daughter and wanted to pay using both cash and my debit card. The cashier didn't seem to know how to process a split payment and had to switch registers. Things became even more confusing when I asked for a gift receipt. He called over the manager, who had to walk him through the transaction but still couldn't figure out how to print a gift receipt. Perv Employee... Had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this location. I've been a Hollister customer for many years. That was until this week when shopping with my daughter, I observed an employee (Dark hair, huge eyelashes, Latina) peeking under the stalls while people were changing. I'm not talking a check-in to make sure everyone is fine, i'm talking full on sticking her head in the changing rooms while occupied with customers. AAAAARG!!!!!! this isnt necessarily directed at this specific store, but the company as a whole. SUCKS!!! clothes r expensive and cheaply made!!!!
Extremely rude workers. Shopping with my 15 year old for her birthday, young female worker with long dark hair makes a snarky comment and smirks. I’d like to have returned the energy but didn’t want to embarrass my daughter on her birthday. Terrible atmosphere, overpriced clothes.
Came here on Monday 6, 2026. No greeting, no “do you need any help?” Nothing. Bad attitude of the lady at the register. Do better.
